At Gap Patient Services we provide a wide range of medical transportation needs  needs and we are not limited to those only with physical disabilities, but also to those with barriers who need assistance and reliability in getting you to any medical appointments and therapies. We pride ourselves on our dependability to our customers and there are no limitations or restrictions that keep us from providing and offering the best possible care. We provide a wide range of transportation needs for individuals, parents and children and not limited to care facilities with caregivers and clients. Here at GAP we strive to be the best we can be and pride ourselves on our compassion for others.

NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. NEMT is an important benefit for beneficiaries who need to get to and from medical services, but have no means of transportation.

We give you an invoice and you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We offer service to both Linn and Benton County for pick-ups but will take you wherever you need to go even if it’s long distance.
